Dog Mess DNA Test - DMDNAT (2021)

By 2021 there will be a system whereby all new dogs have their DNA taken by vets, at the same time as having an Identichip fitted - Dog Wardens discovering dog mess that has not been removed from public places will test the offending article and fine the registered owners direct.

I still don't understand how people don't clean up after their dog. I thimk this is a great idea but i think by 2021 there will be cameras everywhere and people just won't get away with it.

Unfortunately there are so many offenders this would be a full time job for someone and even then it probably wouldn't solve the problem, however, I think it may help to lower the number of people that don't clean up after their dog. Make it a nicer place for all of us.
